Real Estate Law

The firm has extensive capabilities and experience in real estate law. It has a full-time support staff of four (4) people, including a closing coordinator and in-house title examiner/paralegal. It is fully computerized and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and software in word processing, conveyancing and settlement statement preparation, check writing, and diary and docket control systems.

Attorney Richard A. Sinapi is approved as lender's counsel and has provided substantive legal advice and services in the banking and commercial law area to numerous institutional lenders in this state. Attorney Gregory A. Mancini is also approved as lender's counsel and is former legal counsel to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, where he is currently an instructor.
